What are 4-WEEK CHALLENGES?
My 4-Week Challenges home-based programs - designed to give you the BEST results in only 4 weeks. Each program requires 5 days of training (6th day is optional) for max results. Each Challenge is a 4-week long full-body program. Every workout is accompanied with a full-description and videos that demonstrates every single movement.

In addition to the 4-week training program itself, you’ll also receive a Nutrition Guide, Meal Ideas, Grocery list, Workout Calendar, Calorie Calculator, videos for every movement and access to the private challenge Facebook group where challengers share meal recipes, encourage one another and hold each other accountable so we all stay on track and receive great results. In addition, you’ll also have daily access to me as your coach via the group where I will answer questions, correct form, and offer endless advice to help you achieve the best results possible. Lastly, you’ll have access to LIVE Workouts led by our Challenge Leads. Our team LOVES this newest feature because it provides more accountability & makes the experience more personable.
Can I Purchase Just The Nutrition Guide?
The Nutrition Guide is for you! This guide tailors any goal (weight loss or gain). It will teach you the basics of nutrition: macronutrients, what they are, why they are important, calculators to determine your calories/macros, how to add/track them on MyFitnessPal, shopping lists, recipes, supplement recommendations and more!
I Need A Booty! Where Do I Begin?
My first guide “The Peach Program” is best for you! You’ll love this 8-Week gym-based guide! This is a full body program, incorporating a mix of strength and high intensity interval training. The Peach Program is glute-specific, but incorporates upper body, cardio & ab workouts to target overall fat loss and promote lean muscle mass.
What If I Want To Maintain My Current Weight but Tighten / Tone / Shape Particular areas?
If neither weight loss nor weight gain is your primary goal, and you’re looking to maintain your current weight while bettering your physique, strength & results, I recommend online training! You’ll receive a customized nutrition guide and + personalized workouts and check-ins every month!
